North east stories- Single Image Narritive

So we had to take a picture that showed a story in one shot. Now I think I got myself a bit confused on this as I actually told the story in one photograph and when it came to the group crit and seeing everyone elses photographs and how every one had there own versions on what each photograph meant. I realised that this train of thought could not be put into my photograph as I had give no option of any other story to be thought of other than what it looked like. Don't get me wrong I loved the photograph I took but I Think it may have been the wrong type of image for the single image even though it tells the story it doesn't leave much to the imagination on what else could be happening, My photo leads you down one route and one route only.
