The above images are by Polly Braden. I feel a lot of her work emphises the lines and patterns around her also she has a lot of arcutect in and i think this adds to her work and makes her work bold and stricking. She is well reknown documentary photographer exploring the relationship between everyday life, work, leisure and economics.She teaches regularly at The University of Westminster and London College of Communication.
I love these images due to the lines of buildings, art and reflections of light that make the photos intresting. I thinkthe lines make the photos look tidy and clean.
I have started to move my photographs in this direction in the last film i have done. Where i have tryed to incorporate lines and patterns and even reflections as i feel this gives the pictures a more arty look. But i do think i perfer the photos i have done in previous films. I do feel that the few photos i have done like the above photos will seam out of character and look out of place.
