Scarey People do not make good photos

Today I went to Middlesbrough hoping to get some good street photography pictures saying Middlesbrough is full of up to no goods if you catch my meaning. Soon as I got into Middlesbrough town center I straight away saw a man selling big issues near MacDonald's he had tattoos all over his face and looked rather..... interesting on a street photography level. As I was about to dig in my purse to buy a big issue from him and ask if I could take his photo, he went into some mad rant to himself saying " what the F**ks  wrong with all you people, yeah what the F**k are you looking at you w***er" I decided against taking his photo. Next I was stood next to cash generator as I thought I would get some good......er characters coming in and out of there. As a man approached the shop door way he was mumbling to him self and saying F**king smack heads they get on my f**king nerves",Again decided this may not be the best place to take photos. As I was walking round trying to find a something I thought would be good for this project I noticed a lot of people had there faces curled up like an angry Popeye at me. I was rapidly thinking this may of been a bad idea. After a while of me taking photos of old lady's on benches feeding pidgins (this was much safer) I saw a group of men huddled round a big issue seller near waterstones with them little stocky dogs they all walk round with. I decided to chance taking a photo so as I focused my camera and snapped a shot, one of them saw me and gave me that look like an angry Popeye. I then immediately  pretended my camera was broke and tried to look like I was trying to fix it then walked off quickly. I came back round a little later and while I was waiting for my hubby (body guard) to get himself  a sausage roll, a man popped his head round the corner of a wall, this was to much of a good photo to pass up so I swallowed hard and lifted my camera just then the big issue man come running past me to the man and handed a little bag of white stuff. Needless to say im glad I didn't take his photo now.
The picture above is not mine
