Professional studies
We had the police come in and tell us why we might be stopped if we are taking photos in the town centres or of places. They were saying sometimes as a photographer some places have top be researched and what time of days are the best time to get the best shot, the police were saying to look at the security guards or polices point of view that they are looking at someone moving about pointing cameras maybe even be laying on the ground and then they leave and are seen again at night with a camera. When you can see it at there point of view I understand why I would be pulled up and asked what im doing. To be honest I've never minded if I've been stopped and asked what I was doing I just see it as them doing there job, and I don't see the point of getting irate over it all that would probably make you look more suspicious. But I do carry around my college id round with me as I have found anyone walking round with a camera becomes nervous even through one of my last projects I upset a lot of people taking there photo as they thought I was walking for the benefits office and was trying to catch people working. So I sometimes find it better to explain to people what im doing then come back when they are not expecting me but realise im not going to get them into trouble.
